I picked the Corsair case for cooling and to fit longer graphics cards. If you must use the Lian-Li, that's fine. It was a challenge to find parts that were in stock from the site you linked. They offer many things, but they do not actually have very many of them I was starting with a mITX build for even more compactness and portability.

Here's a review of the case http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/4436/lian_li_pc_tu200_mini_itx_chassis_review/index7.html It is good and has a great industrial look. It is a considerable challenge to built in, due to its compact dimensions.

this website may not be that accurate for availability and price, but it might be around it. Even thought i didnt buy from this place, the place i buy dont have website.
My Budget actually quite flexible but if can i like to make a BUILD that is portable, simple, yet powerful cause i still play game like BLACK DESERT ONLINE NA.
If you are a GAMER and didnt know about BLACK DESERT yet, please do check. Love to share the LOVE. ITS GREAT GAME.

Anyway for early budget setting, i put around 10 Million Rupiah ++
I believe that i wont add any parts to upgrade it, i just buy the new System BUILD later around 3-4 years.

All of these parts are in stock from the site you linked to:

It still needs some parts (PSU, ODD, an OS) I am uncertain about the prices, so could you check and tell me how much over or under budget I am so I can recalibrate my thinking.

The Lian-Li is a mITX case and needs a mITX motherboard, like the Asrock H97 MITX/ac The motherboard you selected, the Pro4, will not fit in that case.

Video Card: (Which one should i pick?)
Gigabyte GTX960 OC 2048MB DDR5 - GV-N960G1 GAMING-2GD
Asus Geforce GTX 960 DirectCU II OC 2GB DDR5 STRIX
MSI Geforce GTX 960 2048MB DDR5 - Gaming 2G

Space, cool running and length are what matters. I'd go with the STRIX

Storage: Western Digital RE3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Power Supply: Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

This PSU is too low performance. It is a good 'tractor' PSU, but you are building a 'race-car' You need a higher performance modular PSU to fit in that case.

Keyboard: Logitech Wireless Combo MK700/710 Wireless Standard Keyboard w/Optical Mouse

Monitor: BenQ GW2450 24.0" Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (FPP) (64-bit)

If i may ask, Donkey.
Do you know game called BLACK DESERT ONLINE?
Do you think THIS BUILD is good enough?
I think i like what you give as answer, though if i may ask further. Since you are the nicest person i know here.
Since no one else bother to answer my page here, thank you for that VERY MUCH.

I will get the Corsair Case you said, since it looks nice and still have HANDLE to bring everywhere.
Though it looks bigger in dimension then Lian-Li, am i right?
I hope i can carry it traveling on Plane.

Do you know good gaming MONITOR with large inch but still good budget price?
I saw this great samsung MONITOR 27inch at the Apartment of someone i know.
IT IS AMAZING FEELING AND EXPERIENCE to have 27inch Monitor and he said, he bought it 2 YEARS AGO.
I hope the price for the same technology already cheaper after YEARS passed.

I play mostly RPGs and RTS. Never heard of that game.

Yes, the Corsair is much bigger. You did not mention airplane travel. The Corsair is a bit big for that. You have a very limited selection available.

The Silverstone RVZ02 is a possibility for a cool portable build, and the Cooler Master 130 is a compact case, but a challenging build. Silverstone makes a number of compact cases, from the Sugo SG05 to the Fortress. Many of them are not available. to you, however.

If you want to fly, then the Lian-li is a good choice, you just have to select your parts very carefully.

Is the cheap Korean manufacturer QNIX available? There is nothing with better price/performance, although there are some support issues.

hmmm
Lol in terms of respecting what you gave me, between these two then:

So back to concluding your BUILD is:
CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($199.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus Z170I PRO GAMING Mini ITX LGA1151 Motherboard ($157.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB SSC ACX 2.0+ Video Card ($319.98 @ NCIX US)
Case: Corsair 380T Mini ITX Tower Case ($119.99 @ Amazon)

OR

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2Ghz - Cache 6MB [Box] Socket LGA 1150 - Haswell Refresh Series
Mobo: H97 MITX
The Lian-Li is a mITX case and needs a mITX motherboard, like the Asrock H97 MITX/ac The motherboard you selected, the Pro4, will not fit in that case.

Asus Geforce GTX 960 DirectCU II OC 2GB DDR5 STRIX

What do you think if i pick 32' TV for my MONITOR, any problem for playing GAMES?

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (FPP) (64-bit)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD Writer

This is the second system in a similar format to the first, in US prices.

You can see how much cheaper it is, but it is also less capable due to the difference in the GPU.
