Suggest me a better PSU

my build is i7 4790k, AMDR9 290X,16gb ram (8*2 sticks), z97 mobo, 1.5 tb hdd and a dvd writer also 3 fans.

Not any of those are very good for your high end system, they both use low quality components and is not good for gaming systems. They will not be stable with your components. I would recommend a 650W EVGA G2/GS, costs a bit more, but is tier one and only uses high quality components, and is very reliable. Or maybe a CM V650, also very good.
