decided to build my first desktop with these parts - rate/suggest/correct this build

Mobo: Gigabyte z97x Gaming 3
Cpu: i5 4690k
Gpu: Gtx 970 G1 Gaming
Psu: Seasonic G650W
Ram: G.Skill Sniper 2x4 gb @ 1600mhz
SSD: Samsung Evo 850 500gb
Cpu Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Case: BitFenix Nova Gaming

That is a very good selection of parts. They are all good quality and will look good in your case. Should be awesome for general computing and gaming up to 1440p max settings on most games.
