Can I upgrade my integrated Graphics Card?

I have a cpu with an integrated Graphics Card and I'm not sure if I can put in a normal graphics card as well. I have a AMD A8 6600k CPU and I'm looking to buy this graphics card : http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00ZPOBI0M?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=A1V6Z2X9I7KSQG It's an AMD R9 380. Just in case you're wondering I am also buying a Molex to PCI-E cable because I have Molex.

It's either 500 or 550 watts. Also do you think that graphics card will able to run all the new games like Fallout 4, Black Ops 3, Star Wars Battlefront etc.?

If you could spend more you could get an R9 390 (better than the R9 380, but you would need a new PSU) for around 260 pounds.

I don't have enough money for that. All I want to know is if I can still run Black Ops 3 and other games, if the graphics card is compatible. One more question, if I get this CPU next year in February for my birthday: http://www.amazon.co.uk/AMD-FX8350-Processor-4-2GHz-Socket/dp/B009O7YUF6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1447010200&sr=8-1&keywords=fx+8350 what motherboard would you recommend because I dont have an AM3+ socket?

If you are getting a new CPU, i don't recommend getting an AM3+ CPU. Since Skylake came out, you can get some good Intel CPUs for a decent price. And yes, the graphics card you chose will run those games. Notnecissarily at max settings, but yes, it is more than capable to run them. The R9 380 has similar performance to an R9 280X 9the 280X is a little better) and the 280X can max out BF4 at 1080p 60fps.
