IP address problem (Limited contact)

i have a problem with my DSL it's always say in the PC that there is a problem(Limited contact) and also IP address is not mach
how to fix this problem ??

How is your computer connected?
Is it connected directly to a modem, router, switch?

Press the Windows Key + R at the same time.
type cmd and press enter
In the black box type ipconfig /all
right click the box and select mark
left click from one corner to the next and press enter.
Paste the results here.

i have a laptop and it's connected on wifi by the DSL it always say it's limited

Press start and type CMD
press enter
Type
ipconfig /all > %userprofile%/Desktop/IP.txt
Press Enter
On your desktop there is a file called IP.txt
Put that on a flashdrive and upload it here or just copy paste it here.

I'm guessing your dns server or dhcp server are incorrect so I need your addressing information.
