So i built it in march of 2015. Built it for ESO and for fun, first build and terrible experience so far. it crashes in chrome internet explorer. "alice the madness returns" a game i got off steam. and now just recently on ESO. just those things it seems. total war games are fine, skyrim is fine. on highest settings.

gigabyte sent me a replacement card while mine is currently being checked/worked on, and i still have crashes. ive lost count on how many times ive reset my OS win 7 64. i tried win 10 and its not helping. yess i went to amd's website and installed drivers but not 100% if they installed correctly and idk how to check if chipset drivers are installed.

i found this file "report" notepad file in start search while i was looking for event viewer. has a list of hardware and drivers and i noticed on the section labeled-System Devices-just like in device manager all drivers are N/A it says. idk if this means anything, everything else i cant make sense of. Event viewer i cant make sense of either has a bunch of errors that come up Just before the Hardboot critical but i dont know wat they are...Also whe i look at event viewer some warnings i noticed say that drivers failed to install because of policy. again no idea wat this means or how to fix it...

anyways ive swapped the Vcard to a different PCI slot, no help ive swapped RAM to different slot, bought a liquid cooler for my CPU, wiped all Video drivers reinstalled them. sensors read just under 30* for CPU and MB

I ran Furmark CPU&GPU burner for 15 min and it wont crash but if i try to do petty stuff like web browse or play ESO in low settings it will crash.

so since hardware is the easiest thing for me to deal with i guess my next step is buying a new motherboard? I would realy hate too if this one isnt bad. unless gigabyte sent me a bad Replacement i dont think the Graphics card is the issue.

so anyways HELLP!!

Go into event viewer and see what errors and warnings come up before your critical reboot. mine was error codes 414 and 121 i think maybe 212. it says something about driver not updating/installing do to policy. Ask a service tech from windows about it. i had John S help me and he fixed it, took about an hour maybe 2. he used the Support-logMeInResure app. checked some system files reinstalled windows 10 and boom fixed it. good luck to others with this BS vertical lines crashes, i hope this helps you and SPREAD THA WORD.
