I'm building a new pc, and I would like to know if :
1. There are bottlenecks.
2. Will the computer overheat ?
3. Will all the part work together ?
4. And if I should change any part for better performance ? (In the current budget ~1700$)
Thanks so much for your time.

Solution
You most likely wasting money on the 32GB of memory unless your doing some professional work programs, for gaming and editing you will never need more than 16GB (2X8gb set)
For the price of the SLI 960 buy you a nice GTX 980.
