Hey guys I'm sort of stuck in a rut here and would kindly appreciate any help i can get !

I was wondering what parts my desktop can handle before it hits the bordline limits like most pc's do with upgrading, In saying that here are my pc specs

NEC POWERMATE ML7 - H3003

AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (presuming that's the Cpu)
3.5GB Ram (Has 4 ram slots i am buying 1GB ram this week so i can swap out that 512mb stick)
250GB Seagate Barracuda HDD
DVD+R9 Drive with SuperMulti
I have 2 GPU's both old ones as well I have the Factory
1. ATI Radeon X600 Pro PCIe which is like 256MB or something
2. Some Asus 512Mb Graphics card uses 1 x 6pin PCI-E Power Cable (Forgot the name)

And then it also has something called an ATI 1xp400

so thats about it that i know of anyway if you need photos im more than happy to send you an email ect i dont have the power supply for the desktop ill have to buy a new one this week since i lost it while moving house.

Thanks ! :)

I believe it's a MS7168 Motherboard
Not sure on the year but it had come with windows vista home basic loaded factory on the machine and it has the product code ect for it on the side I'm presuming that means its genuine

I also found the power cable for it and had ran the CPUZ thing and found the motherboad number for it
but its turned off now and de assembled :)

One other thing i was wondering if a AMD Opteron 8356 2.30GHz Quad-Core CPU would work in this machine ?

Here is my Email so i can send you the photos,

First of all, before we can go on, would you like to just build a completely new PC or buy an old one, but better? If not, here are my suggestions: your CPU needs to be replaced with a dual core x2 64 Athlon (it won't support Operon and x2 Athlon is your best bet): http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B001ICYLZO/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?qid=1447090480&sr=8-6&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70&keywords=amd+x2+4200&dpPl=1&dpID=51OrTySY3dL&ref=plSrch I don't knew if any other CPU will work but I'm most certain that this one will. You probably need a new GPU also because you are on UMA graphics. Something like this would be okay for everyday work and HD video: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B003XM568I/ref=mp_s_a_1_7?qid=1447090613&sr=8-7&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70&keywords=geforce+210&dpPl=1&dpID=51X0adED9QL&ref=plSrch In all honesty, I should say you gotta get rid of the PC because it's old junk now. Buy a $80 Dell off of eBay and it will perform okay if you put something like GT 730, you can even game a lot on a used Dell + new GPU.

Okay he told me that he could play league of legends on it at 60 fps but ill go with what you recommended,
so say if i was to buy that graphics card you mentioned do you think amazon would send it to New Zealand ?

I don't know. I know the CPU I listed above will probably work. Also, GT 730 does NOT require any connectors. It is a very low power card, maybe like 20Watts.
