I decided to restore my computer to factory settings using a Windows 7 Home Premium CD and after the reboot, I cannot search for Windows updates, I cannot connect to any network even if I try to plug in an ethernet cable, I also tried to enable hotspot with my phone but the computer can't detect USB(version 3.0 doesn't work), I checked all my files and I noticed (E: ) being 200 GB remaining out of 2 TB and my (C: ) being 3 GB remaining out of 256 GB as they previously were before the computer reset, I tried deleting all the old files, but it does not show any remaining size, how long it takes and so on, my conclusion is I have some virus which won't let me delete all my files and restore my computer to factory settings. Can someone help me out with this problem?

Start > right click computer > properties > device manager.

Under the network adapater tab I imagine you have your NIC listed with yellow triangles. This means the drivers are not installed properly. Download the drivers from another PC and install them. This should fix the problem. If you do not know what drivers to install go to www.driveridentifier.com download it and run it on the problem PC.
