I decided to restore my computer to factory settings using a Windows 7 Home Premium CD and after the reboot, I cannot search for Windows updates, I cannot connect to any network even if I try to plug in an ethernet cable, I also tried to enable hotspot with my phone but the computer can't detect USB(version 3.0 doesn't work), I checked all my files and I noticed (E: ) being 200 GB remaining out of 2 TB and my (C: ) being 3 GB remaining out of 256 GB as they previously were before the computer reset, I tried deleting all the old files, but it does not show any remaining size, how long it takes and so on, my conclusion is I have some virus which won't let me delete all my files and restore my computer to factory settings. Can someone help me out with this problem?

You didn't reset to factory settings cause the Windows CD does not have the network and other Hardware drivers on it.

You restore a computer to factory settings by restoring the image from the hidden partition. Typical process involves pressing a key combo at boot time (Alt-F10 for Acer for example).

To do a fresh install of Windows follow the tutorial here:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html

You download them from manufacturers web site before reinstalling Windows... as you won't be able to go online before installing LAN drivers.

1. Download all drivers and store in an accessible location not on the drive / partition you want to install Windows on.

2. Follow the tutorial for a clean install of Windows linked in my previous post

3. Install all the drivers for EACH of your components.

I tried searching "devmgm.msc" and it showed a lot of yellow exclamation marks telling me to update drivers, I tried updating and it showed error telling me there was no driver on this device.

Okay I figured out I need to look up names and series of the drivers and install it, but the problem is, I have no connection to the internet and all the USB drivers need to be updated, but I can'd due to no internet connection, what do I do?

You have made answering your questions extremely difficult by not telling us what components you have.

If you have for example, the MS Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard, then you would go tot he MSI site and download the drivers they have on their site that are to be used on hat board.

If you have an nVdia 750 Ti, then you would go to the nVidia site and download the nVidia drivers.

For whatever other components you have, say a Wireless Adapter NIC from TP ... then you would go tot he TP site and download the drivers from their site.

If you have a store bought PC like a Dell or HP, then you would go tot he appropriate web site and download the drivers for your model number..... if you added or changed anything, then you would need those too.

However, YOUR PROBLEM is that you still have all the old drivers installed and Windows has numerous backups of those hidden away that uninstalling them can prove very difficult and still leave you with lots of flotsam / jetsam cluttering up your windows OS. Do your first step is REMOVING all traces of the discombobulated OS by formatting the OS partition and installing Windows fresh as per the link above.

If your PC does not have the sticker with the OS product key on it as required by law, then you will have to retrieve it by downloading Belarc Advisor.

If you trashed your internet connection then you need to use another PC (friend, relative, school, library) to download them and burn them to a DVD or Thumb Drive.

Moden motherboards with UEFI BIOS will install the OS from a USB port.... if you don't have when then you use the USB / DVD tool I described and linked to above to create the install files on a DVD instead of a USB stick4

Yes you have no drivers for your new hardware because you didn't install any. When you bought your MoBo it came with DVD with all the drivers in it. You can install them, after you get rid of the old ones by wiping / formatting the OS partition and installing windows. Then ise the DVD that came with the MoBo to\ install drivers. Then update the drivers using latest ones on manufacturers web site.
