So I have many partitions on my computer for Windows 10 and Ubuntu 15.10 on a 1tb HDD. The issue is I need to transfer ALL of these partitions to a 250gb Samsung SSD. I use less than 250 gb so the issue isn't fitting all of the storage on the SSD. I just don't know what steps I need to take to transfer everything to an SSD. So if someone could please explain how to do this I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!!
