I Want To Buy new Mother Board for my old PC

Hi, my old desktop specification:

Old Motherboard- ASUS P5KPL-CM <Green>
Processor- Intel P4 506 SL8J8 COSTA RICA 2.66GHZ.
GPU- XFX Geforce 8400GS.
RAM- DDR2 3GB
HDD- Hitachi HDP725025GLA380. SATA.

My PC's Motherboard crashed so, i have to buy a new one. My budget is around 5-7K INR for motherboard. Also, i am thinking for updating RAM to dd3 may be 4GB. So, i want suggestions for buying new one which is most compatible to my pc's specification, considering future update for new processor... plz help me out.

That's a very old machine. It needs a re-build. The only LGA775 boards in your market are made by Zebronics and not available elsewhere, or are Intel and old.

You are throwing new money after old with your plans.

yes, its really old machine. So, i was thinking for selling the entire machine and buy new laptop.
But, as i mentioned, Motherboard crashed so it makes sense that, a working system will be quite easier to sell rather than dead one. So, i just want to replace the dead motherboard with new one, and most compatible to new hardware updates.

Zebronics G41 D3 Motherboard suggested seems to okay for me. (i really don't know about motherboards ).

I guess it will support the GPU, xfx Geforce 8400GS and 3 GB (DDR2), isn't it?

I believe though. Like I said, Zebronics motherboards are not available to me, so I don't know for sure. The specifications say that it will work.
