What is wrong with my Seagate Barracuda 2tb hard drive?

I just recently built my first PC a two of weeks ago, I haven't had many issues, except for my hard drive. My plan with the drive was to just mainly use it for storage. But, I cannot use it because only 3.86 gigabytes is able for use. it is not detected in my BIOS. I can see that it is connected, in my disk management and device manager, but I'm confused what to do. I can hear the drive make a really weird noise when I turn on the PC, but it cannot be detected in the BIOS. So I go to disk management to initialize it, but it cannot due to an I/O error, so that prevents me from doing anything to the drive at all. I downloaded AOMEI Partition Assistant, and PartitionWizard to look at the drive, to see what the applications have to say about my drive. In AOMEI, I tried checking the drive, for any bad sectors and such. But, the "Few minute checking scan" had an estimated checking time of about, 2200 days. That's around 6 years, maybe a couple of extra months. So I just canceled the scan. Confused, I opened up PartitionWizard to see if it already had something to say about my drive, and the first thing I see on "Disk 1", is "Bad Disk". So now I don't know what to do now. Should I contact Seagate for help? Try to repair the drive from my home? Or just dodge everything and buy a different drive that is more reliable when it first arrives? I'm sorry if I'm not clear on anything, I'm still fairly new to PCs and such, but thank you for taking the time to read all this, if you did. (And sorry for the wall of text.)

Welcome to the community, AyeMayne!

Unfortunately, it seems like your HDD is severely damaged and is about to fail. I'd strongly recommend you to use your HDD manufacturer's diagnostic tool from their website and test its health and SMART status using that utility.
Since the HDD is rather new, it should still be covered by the limited warranty, so you should be able to RMA it and get a replacement. Make sure you test the drive, though, and contact the manufacturer's customer support.

Good luck! Hope I was helpful! :)
