Okay i honestly didn't know how to name the Thread.

well lets start this, first of all my current System :

Windows 10 Pro
Mainboard Gigabyte Z97P-D3
CPU Intel Core i7 4790K
GPU Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming
RAM G.skill 16 GB Kit (2 x 8 GB PC10600)
250 GB SSD for Windows
1 TB HDD and 600 GB HDD - both quite old but not the Problem.

Okay now the thing making it quite hard to name it, i can't even pinpoint the Problem maker at this one. It started on Saturday for no reason at all.

I stood up, went to the PC and Pressed the Power Button and Suddenly the Displays weren't getting a Signal, so my First thought was it is the Graphics card, 2 Other Cards later Screens still didnt got a signal, and i thought all my Cards were done for it until i realized that there could be another Factor, the Ram.

So i took one Ram out and suddenly the PC starts normally, usually one would say one of the Modules is damaged, well that's not the case, both are good. Now comes the weird part, i have put the Module i took out of the PC back into the socket it was before and start and the PC will start Normal like it was supposed to be.

I don't know what is causing this but i thought it might either be the Sockets or the Module but both seems to work just fine. Seems to be that the PC got a cold Start Problem out of no where.

Solution
well it is still happening, every time i start the PC for the first time after a long period of time.

And yea i am running them in dual Chanel thats why i usually had them in the Grey Sockets, socket 2 and 4, my first thought was maybe 2 and 4 got a Problem and so i switched to the Black Sockets, 1 and 3, but nop still the same Problem. As i Mentioned it feels like a cold Start with both Ram modules is not Possible anymore, i just restarted the PC plugged the second Module in again and it starts just fine.

Is this problem happening again after the first occurrence? Or was this a one time thing? I assume everything is working and running now?
Which two slots is your memory plugged in?
they should not be directly next to each other or the motherboard will prolly not run the memory in duel channel. from pictures it seems you have 2 black and 2 grey slots, you should match the colors. so use both grey as example and not 1 grey 1 black.
