Solution
You have a Mini-ITX case and a Micro-ATX motherboard. The motherboard is not compatible with your case. You need to either change your case to one that accepts a Micro-ATX form-factor motherboard or change to motherboard to one that conforms to the Mini-ITX form-factor.

Motherboards come in three primary form-factors. They are:

ATX - Typically have seven or eight expansion slots.
Micro-ATX - Typically have four expansion slots.
Mini-ITX - Typically only one expansion slot.

Most case specifications will detail what form-factor motherboards it will accept.

As for which graphics card, take your pick. They're all about the same in performance.

Finally, if budget allows, look for a better power supply.

Here is my current system just so you can get an idea
Note: Waiting for Nvidia / AMD HBM2 graphics

Phanteks Enthoo Evolve Pro ITX case
Corsair 760W AXi series
maximus viii impact Z170
Intel Core i5 6600k @ default GHz
16Gb DDR4 RAM Gskill
Asus Gtx 670
1.5 TB storage ( 500 GB SSD Samsung and 1TB HDD WD)
24" IPS 1920x1080p monitor LG

I have invested $1400 (got the motherboard for free as a gift).

You should definitely check out the phanteks enthoo evolve pro itx case. Might be a little big for a mini itx build but the room you get for cable management is big. Also you can cram the biggest GPU, PSU and CPU cooler you can think to this case

Its only for $70 in newegg

Ooo wew.. You are right with that one.
Didnt realize that its Mini ITX lol big Fail.

Hmm.. Should i give up on Expansion Slot for Size that make me Convinient.
But will i use the expansion slot?

Any suggestion on Power Supply then?
For Graphic Card, give me a vote on the card.

That's entirely up to you. I have no idea if you'll ever use the expansion slots available on the Micro-ATX motherboard.

Any suggestion on Power Supply then?

Without a budget, no.

For Graphic Card, give me a vote on the card.

As I said earlier, they're all about the same. Any of the three will be fine.
