It seems to be very difficult to control the car in this game. I found this guide. But I can't find where to change these settings. Its not in the options in the home screen. I'm using PC. Are those settings not for PC? If yes, then what can I do to have a good control?

Meanwhile, how to change the difficulty settings? I chose amateur (when I launched the game for the very first time). Now, I wanna change it and it won't let me (even if I create a new career profille)

Found the solution! (simple though)
To change the settings as described in the steam forum, go to options--> controller settings in the home screen. There, you have to navigate to the second tab to tweak the settings as shown in the steam forum. But, that tweak didn't suit me. I used the predefined setting '2' which was good to my style. There are three predefined settings which you can try out!

And as far as the difficulty level, you can't change it (between three levels). But you can change difficulty within the level (that you chose at the first launch of the game) in a scale of 1-100. You can adjust in the screen/poster that pops up when you click on an event in the calendar, before entering the race. By default, it will be...

I can't check ATM as I am on my lunch break at work, but I have this game on PC and the settings are in there somewhere look harder!

You do need to tweak the controller settings to get the most out of this game otherwise it is far too sensitive, even then certain cars are still very difficult to drive. It is quite a good simulator but I was a little disappointed by the control, I have driven some powerful cars in real life and they are not that hard to control!!

Lol... Developers should look into it.

And you think there is a possibility to change the difficulty level? I would never mind to start a new career.
