Hello,
I bought a new pc a while ago with the idea of improving the GPU later on. Now the time has come!
I have the follwing specs:
Intel core i7-4770
8 Gb
1 Tb HD
Windows 8.1 64b
Resolution I'll play in: 1920x1080
Games don't need to be on superultra settings, but I would like to play them comfortably on high settings. I can provide more details when I'm home about my specs.
I want to play games like:
Shadows of Mordor
Far Cry 4
Skyrim with mods
Fallout 4?
I went to the shop that sold me the desktop and they said these would be good choices for me:
MSI R9 380 4g
MSI GTX 970 4g
Gigabyte GV-R939G1 8g
Gigabyte gv-n970wf3 4g
I already did some research on various websites and the MSI GTX 970 4g looks very appealing, apparantly this card has low energy usage and warmth/sound. But as I have found the MSI R9 380 4g is cheaper (going around 280 euros) but I'll probably need a new power supply. The other 2 cards I had more trouble finding good info on.
Anyone who can give me some advice?
Thanks in advance for your time,
Rob
