Need help, fps drop suddenly

I filmed with my phone to avoid low fps by recording apps like camstasia or fraps.

When im playing games like csgo, league of legends, fifa16, nothing happens but when im playing BATTLEFIELD4, STAR WARS Battlefront or GTAV FPS DROP APPEARS

IF SOMEONE CAN GIVE ME A HAND I WILL THANKS SO MUCH

AMD FX 6300 (4.1GHZ)
ASROCK 960GM-VGS3 FX
8GB DDR3 KINGSTON HIPER X
R9 270 CORE EDITION (NOT 270x!)
SENTEY XPLUS 625W "MODEL: XPP625-PS"

**** Yesterday i was playing League Of Legends and fpsdrops appears! :((((

i have 2 fans on the right side of the case near the gpu and 1 more one the back, i think that cooling is not the problem... i change the stock cpu sink for an old one which is bigger and cool better.

a month ago, i had a problem with this gpu, when i shoot on CSGO, o in a teamfight playing League Of Legends, fps DROPS terrible, but when i stop shooting up, fps comesback... i try everything but it solved just taking out the GPU and putting in again... so i wouldn't be surprised that gpu causes this.
