How can I fix my problem when my icon and text very large until 500 percent.I dont know how to turn back my icon and text to the normal size because when I open control panel half of text cannot see because it too big.please solve my problem .

Just right click on the desktop and go to screen resolution, then "make text and other items larger or smaller". If you can't see anything, when in the screen resolution section press tab 5 times (7 if you have more than one monitor connected) and then enter. You will be able to fix it there.
