Hy. First of all, I know that the 960 is faster. BUT: I can get an Msi R9 270x 2Gb for around 120$, and the gtx 960 for 210$. My question is, is it worth the extra 90$? How much difference is between theese two gpu? My current build:

Athlon 750k
Asus R7 260x 1Gb Gddr5
6gb ddr3
650w psu 45A on 12v rail
1tb hdd

2nd option: wait until Black Friday, wich will be soon, and perhaps I can get one of them with an affordable price.

Solution
Worth is something only YOU can determine.
My take is that a R9-270X is not a sufficiently large upgrade over a 260X that you will be pleased by the small difference.

Wait for black Friday. You can possibly find an older gen card like a GTX770 .
Or... look on ebay for such a card for sale used by a seller with good feedback.
EVGA cards will usually have a transferrable 3 year warranty.

Is black Friday/cyber Monday a big thing in Romania?

My point was, wherever you will sell your old card, you might be able to buy a stronger replacement.
Buying new from a retail shop will command a price at least equal to the shop's cost.
Buying from a trusted seller can get you a bargain.

Regardless, buy a card three tiers higher on tom's hierarchy chart to avoid disappointment:
