So, the title is pretty self explanatory.

I really need it to be in Canadian Dollars from Canadian Vendors. I also would like a mouse, monitor, and keyboard included. I would love a mechanical keyboard and I would also like it to be in a consistent colour theme (eg. white and black, red and black, etc). An SSD for boot and special programs would be awesome. Nvidia is preferred, CPU I dont care who it comes from.

Can go overbudget to $1,400

Don't worry about including an OS.

Thanks guys!

This is an absolute killer of a build, however if you need to drop the price a bit you could always drop down to a cheaper CPU and/or GPU (however i would recommend sticking with the R9 390), however if would suggest saving up a bit more if you can to get this because you really won't have many problems if any at all running games at ultra-high at 1080-1440p

$219 HP Z400 WorkStation Xeon Quad Core 2.66Ghz 3GB/160GB win7 64 (it's a Nehalem i7)
***Ask nicely for 6gb or 12gb memory. (Yes you will have to pay for the extra memory but it will be hard to find matching memory now) Ask for a keyboard since most of the office keyboards are usually fairly good.

You will need a new 256gb ssd and then clone the old one to the new one with the cloning software that comes with the new drive. (Get ahci working first before cloning the drive)
A new 2tb hdd for your steam folder and program folder and media.

$259.99 GeForce GTX 960 SSC

I would get something like a 32" 1080p led lcd tv or at least a 22" monitor. (Don't get a 720p be careful)
Look on the local used ads for things like a used usb joystick, sat sub speakers, office or gaming chair.
This build leaves extra cash for games on steam and some other things.

SECOND BUILD....

I bought parts from them before so far they have been good. Since the dollar plummeted prices of new parts soared.

Above the used Xeon is the $470 i5-4690K. Bundle w/ Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI

Add memory, case, ps, hdd, video card or cards. ect.

$429.99 EVGA GeForce GTX 970

$574.99 XFX Radeon R9 390X Double Dissipation, 8GB PCI-E

(Both leave a option later to get a used second 970 or 390x)
It is recommended that you pick a power supply and case that will work with sli or crossfire for the card you pick so there is a future upgrade later on.
