I am about to buy my first PC and I am looking into the graphics card. I tried looking up some videos on Youtube and forums but a lot of what they were saying was just confusing.

I am looking to do a lot of gaming but have a small budget for the graphics card.
I would like one that can run GTA V and other games with similar specs. I don't mind if it cant be played on the highest settings or at 60fps I am happy with Medium to high with at least an average of about 30fps.

I have found a selection of cards that will work with the PC I am getting but I am unsure which is best as some are 2gb and some are 4 and some are DDR3 with 4gb and others are 2gb but GDDR5.

List of cards:
Palit Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 2GB GDDR5
EVGA NVIDIA GT 740 SC 4GB
MSI NVIDIA GT 730
MSI N730-4GD3V2
VTX3D AMD Radeon R7 240 DDR3
ASUS GT730-4GD3

If someone would be so kind as to help me decide or even some tips would be greatly appreciated.

Vram is not the only factor, if the card cannot utilise the extra vram, it is pointless.

You have given us too little info to work with. Like sizzling said, we need to know your complete system specs. In order to play the games you want , the fastest GPU possible will always be the best answer. That may mean a new PSU as well. Adding more memory will only help at higher resolutions and render detail/quality.
