been trying to build a bootable cd or usb with boot ima and xp64 iso from getinto pc or winrar extracted files downloaded from kickass. tried many burners, latest burnaware, that should let the boot files be loaded correctly. Continue to get bootmgr missing errors. have tried external usb cd reader, internal reader and usb drives. Any ideas?????

We don't support the use of torrent sites even if you do have a valid Product Key.
have you tried Factory Recovery (Dell Restore) from the Recovery partition on the hard drive (assuming it's still intact)?:
