So I've been getting FPS drops in all games, Its not my temps because they stay below 50c and idle at 30c and I have also cleaned out and replaced the thermal paste of my CPU chip and heatsink. I used to have a old GPU and got a new one and still having FPS drops. I ordered RAM because I thought that could be the issue and it turns out its not the issue at all. I went into my bios because someone told me how my mobo tends to throttle when it reaches 80c and I turned off all throttling properties and power saving options in the bios and nothing seems to work at all. I am completely out of ideas I have defragged, I have cleared my registry checked for any viruses and checked again in safe mode. I am compeletly stumped and Im getting so frustrated. These drops tend to happen for about 5-10 seconds and random times nothing specific and repeat for the entire time I am playing a game.

TL;DR I have literally tried everything I know and still to success to cure my fps drop issue
