Hi, I am rather uneducated when it comes to computers and am seeking some help. I have done my own research but I just can't find a decisive answer to my question. I apologize if I posted this in the wrong section but as you can see by my post count I am brand new here. Although I have read plenty of threads.

Now on to my question. First background info. I currently have a Dell Optiplex 3020. It is completely stock except for the card. I believe the PSU is about 300W but have heard most cards rated for needing more power can handle less. I can open it up if need to be to see the PSU.
My current setup is 3 LG 23 inch monitors. The card I am currently using is a Sapphire Flex HD6450. I went for the cheapest card that I could find that could drive 3 monitors. The card completely fulfills my needs. So I really don't need anything more powerful.

I do not game. I only use browsers (10+ tabs on each), watch videos, use the basics such as PPT, Excel, Word, and occasionally Movie Maker (Although I'd rather use something better).

I am looking to upgrade by adding a 4th monitor. The 4th monitor will be a (~50 inch) TV above the 4 monitors. I am really just looking for the cheapest card that can do this for me. Don't need much power because I don't really do anything intensive. Obviously if there is a big upgrade in performance between 2 cards for a small price difference I'd take the better one.

Would it be possible to just buy a second one of my current card and use them together? Is that ideal? A waste of money?

My current monitors have DVI and HDMI ports. No display port. The TV will have just HDMI (probably)

I live in Canada so prefer Amazon.ca and Newegg.ca, but Amazon.com and Newegg.com still work.

Thank you for any help! I really appreciate it.
