I Over Clocked my FX 9590 to 5.0ghz it runs stable completes cinebench plays games fine does every thing find doesnt freeze or blue screen or anything like that but heres the issue , when I turn the PC on I hit the power button it turns on for a split second shuts down and then restarts it self is and boots fine after that that normal for Over Clocking ?

Cinebench isn't a stability test for OC'ing.

Download AMDOverDrive to monitor the Thermal Margins and use Prime95 Small FFTs for an hour for stress testing.

Thermal margin is a count down til overheat. 0c=overheat. 10c= it is 10c below overheat point.

I have AMD over drive i dont like over clocking in that i OC threw the BIOS its seems it stoops boot when i have turbo core enabled i dont uderstand if just a Gigabyte Mother board thing or not my main concern is that i dont want to damage anything

I wasn't telling you to overclock in AOD. I was telling you to use that to monitor your temperatures while you do your tests. So, did you run Prime95 for an hour? Did it pass?
