why is my pc using 70+ of my 8GB of ram

i just build a budget gaming pc a few weeks ago it was running fine for the last few weeks until i noticed a few days ago the pc kept giving me low memory warning when i was in game...i never changed anything it just randomly started outa the blue

the memory seems to just slowly climb up the moment i load the pc up

as i said before the ram is in properly....i got 4 slots both ram sticks are in 0/1 slots on the mobo like the should be


doesnt mater anymore tho i figured out the issue...it was a registry problem

Some specs would be nice. Motherboard, Windows, ramType, maybe screenshot of task manager, ram history graph. Maybe it's just a virus. What's taking up all the ram?
