A10-6800k MoBo upgrade

Is it advisable to upgrade my motherboard? I have Athlon A10-6800k FM2 and a Mobo Gigabyte F2A75M-HD2? I'm planning to replace it with ASUS A88X Gamer or MSI G45 Gaming?

My Specs:

AMD A10 6800k
Gigabyte GA-F2A75M-HD2
PowerColor HD7790 Turbo Duo OC 1Gb DDR5
Cooler Master GTS V8
8Gb RAM 2x4Gb
Enermax 500watts

There's nothing wrong with your current board, unless you plan on OC'ing the APU quite a bit. Then the Asus board would be preferred, with the MSI right behind it.

Then you should have mentioned that in your question. Yes, by all means replace the Gigabyte board with another if that is you main concern. The Asus has 8 SATA headers. Probably the better choice.
But be aware, you will more than likely have to do a clean install of Win when you swap boards. That includes re-activating with Microsoft.
