Question about PC Parts

Hello guys,

I need a help regrading a old PC and Fifa 2016. His budget is really low, and pc really old.
He's interested for this game only.

Current specs:
-Intel Dual Core 2 E6750 (2.6Ghz)
-Asus p5KR
-Geforce 210
-Enermax Pro 82+ (525w)
- DDR2 4gb RAM

So my question is should he upgrade the current pc or he should aim for a new one? Also, does it even worth to buy used parts (for example Q6600) ?

From my experience, the minimum is BS. Recommended is normally the minimum to get a decent experience.

So for your old pc, it will run it, but I dont think you will get a good experience.

The problem is that game wont even load in low-end pc. I used Dxcpl.exe but the game get stuck in Loading Screen. I even tried to OC the CPU. So I guess upgrade or new pc is mandatory?
