Hello, so I'm pretty confused about what's going on.
I bought a refurbished SB6141 about a year ago and it was working great, I moved and it was still working fine until about a week after the move, all lights off, no internet. I figured fine, it was a refurbished unit and lasted me a year, it died.
I ran to walmart to get the same model. (was going to order online cheaper and return this one once I got the online one but needed one then) So I get home, unbox and plug it in. Lights are off, same thing as the other one. I used the power cord that came with it in the box, but realized that it was a different one I was using with the modem. I plugged it in to the power cord that didn't come with the modem and it came on, so it was working for 5 days, this morning lights are off, tried all the power cords I had and nothing, even brought it to work to try here. Nothing.
I have no idea what is causing this, I have the same model being sent to me right now but I think I should maybe return it and order a different brand, this seems like a weird coincidence.
Any ideas would be much appreciated, this is frustrating and is going to interfere with my work and girlfriends homework.
