GTA V FPS Stuttering and lagging horribly to the point its unplayable, this is the entire time the game is open so i know there is heaps of threads about the same matter but none i can see with the fix's solves my issue everything seams to resort to ram and i have a total of 8gb so i don't know if its that anyway GFX drivers are up to date so is everything else, the thing is the game use to run perfectly all of a sudden it does not ive tried vsync and all sorts of other fix's online but cannot solve the issue i just wanna play my $80 game

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 Anniversary Edition
RAM: G.Skill Sniper F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR 8GB 1600mhz
MOBO: Asrock z97 Anniversary
GFX: R9 270x 4gb Gigabyte
PSU 750W
