Very very low speed of SSD, Windows 10

I recently try to update the Nvidia game experience driver. But it failed for some unknown reason. Then, when I restart the machine, everything became very very slow. I check the task manager. CPU occupation is normal but my PNY 256G SSD was always 100% occupied with only 2-4M/s write speed. I can't upload figures right now.

Then, I used AS SSD to test the SSD speed. It was very very low, read speed less than 80M/s and write speech less than 30M/s. My BIOS setting is AHCI. I thought maybe it's the driver. Because the system was very low and I couldn't wait to install the driver, so I reset Windows 10. But the problem was still there after resetting.

So, what's the problem? My SSD can't be used any more? Thanks for providing any suggestions.

Actually there is no abnormal process. Disk occupation of all are below 1Mb/s, just like my notebook.

The computer is very slow that I can't even use Edge explorer.

The snapshot of Speccy is updated in the thread. Thanks.

In the second image your C usage is up to 100% - can you see which process is using so much? Go to the processes tab and sort by disk usage, high to low.

Screenshots are good - please choose 'hard drives' on the left in Speccy, and expand the 'smart details' tab from your C drive.

Sorry, got lost in translation it seems. What I meant was that if the problem persists and he can't find a solution he should do a clean re-install of the OS. Also I'm not sure the 18 instances of Service Host are related. I have about ~12 of them running as well and I'm seeing standard performance from my drive.
