Hey Guys,
So I decided to clean my pc and do some cable management (alot of dust) to put some LED on, so after taking out all parts, cleaning it and putting them back with some cable management work its not working anymore.

I had this problem last time also and it got solved by (maybe) putting cpu cooler by some sort. So I though this time it was same so I instead of fiddling around with stock cpu cooler (intel) I bought a new deep cool archer for cheap money.

but still its not working. It was working in morning, played a match of cs go :p.

What to do ?

PS: it turns on for half a second, all fans rotate and LED fans light up then it turns off and repeats. I have not yet put up the LED light strip. Not even tried.

I can provide pics of inside look if u want.

My Specs:
i5 2500k
MSI HD7770
DeepCool Archer Cooler.
8 gigs of ram.
1TB HDD

If the RAM suggestion, doesn't work, try removing the CPU cooler, and then cleaning the CPU. Then reapply thermal paste. If the problem persists, consider the following:

Something could be shorting. The easiest way to find out is to build your computer out of the case. Click on the link in my signature for some other helpful hints. If you want to do it one part at a time, then do these steps, powering on after each:

1. Remove all external connections (monitor cables and USB devices - including mouse and keyboard)
2. Remove GPU
3. Remove RAM one DIMM at a time
4. Remove CPU cooler
5. Remove HDD/SSD
6. Disconnect front panel connectors (jump power switch pins to turn on/off power)
7. Disconnect case fans

If you chose to follow the list, and the problem persists, try breadboarding (build computer outside of case). Also try removing the thermal paste and reapplying.

Did you use the same CPU fan connector when you changed the deep cool archer cooler?
Check the CPU fan fires up and spins on any test restart.
Have you sufficient 1/2 mill coverage/equality across the whole CPU with thermal paste?

The memory issue is first port call as the other guy suggests, as it is very easy to dislodge them with sudden movement.

Also check the casing m/board connectors, these are way too easy coming out when cleaning.
