BIOS says 8gb of Ram. Windows says 4gb

My Ram installed is dual channel 2x4gb 1600mhz. I check bios and it says 8000mb of ram (8gb). Cpuz also says the same. However windows 10 states that there is 4gb and (3.2 usable) When i play Rust i get 20 less Fps. My mobo is MSI FM2-A75MA-P33

I did to windows 10 about a month ago? But my ram worked fine then up until just today.

are you running an apu? what is the shared memory set to? have you made any bios changes recently?

Amd a10-6800k apu. i think its using 0.8 but im not sure how to change/look at
it. And no not that i can remember.

can mobify through bios. can try ccc or gpuz and see what is reported as commited.
