Hi, I am in the need of a new laptop, which i mainly need for school work. However, I also wanted a low-mid range laptop to run newer games on medium/high settings at atleast 30 FPS. The games I am looking to play are battlefield 3 / 4, skyrim, watch dogs, the sims 3/4, CS GO, Civilization V, Sniper Elite, and fallout 4. My budget, finally, is $850. Right now I am looking at this guy right here:

It's an Asus with a I7 4720hq CPU, 1TB hard drive ( only 5400rpm
), Nvidia 960m 2GB GDDR5, and 8GB of DDR3 Memory... The OS is Windows 10, which is nice with directX 12... The screen is full hd at 1920x 1080 which I wouldn't mind bringing down to about 720p for gaming.
Any other suggestions would be fantastic! I am looking for a reasonable priced 965m, and by some luck a 970m in my price range.
What do you think??? I think this is honestly the best I can do in my budget... I know I should build a gaming pc, but that's not my intention... I need a laptop for school and just wanted a plus of a light gaming setup... Besides, I have built pcs, but end up selling them due to lack of use...
