Hyper X Cloud 2 (Too Loud?!) is that normal?

Hello there i the cloud 2 headsets and i have the headset sound on 30% above that all the sounds are too loud is that normal??

Yup, I've got the cloud 2s and never have my sound level above 40%.

Yeah, I literally do not turn up them up past 40 ever. The benefits of that are that you don't ever put it high enough to hear any static feedback buzzing, and if you take them off your head and turn the volume up, the sound is loud enough to act as quiet speakers if you need to (for example when someone walks in the room or youre on the phone).
