hi, i have a 4 core i5-3570cpu, 8gb ram and a gtx 650 ti 2gb palit edition. i am looking to upgrade my graphics card to something costing around the range of 200 pounds. i am willing to buy used from somewere such as ebay. can someone recommend me a card and what fps i'd be getting on games such as fallout 4. i just played fallout 4 and on 1920x1080p im getting 30fps on low, i definetly want to imrpove this thanks any suggestions are welcome

R9 290 is what I have, they're £300 new on amazon as I don't think they make them anymore but ok eBay you can get one for £200, v good card for the money
