Not really looking to change major things (i.e. video card) but if anything small needs to be changed like the ram or something please let me know.

Edit: Looking to run at 1080p / 60 fps so keep that in mind

Overall that's a pretty darn good build considering the monitor and OS are included in the price. Only thing I really noticed was the ram you choose. Its not recommended to buy two packs of similar ram as they tend to have compatibility issues. In this day and age, moving away from 1600mhz ram is the next logical step. The higher the ram speed, typically, the more FPS you gain. Going from 1600mhz to 2400mhz can yield 5-10 fps in games.
