[HELP] Compare few motherboards.

I want the pros and cons of each motherboard and what is the best one. My CPU is a Intel Core i5-6600k and I want to overclock to 4 gHz.
Here are the selections:

  • ASRock Z170 Extreme4+
    Asus MAXIMUS VIII RANGER
    Asus Z170-A
    MSI Z170A GAMING M5
    MSI Z170A-G45 GAMING
    MSI Z170A GAMING PRO
    Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5
    Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 5
    EVGA Z170 FTW
    ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K6+

All of them are viable choices. They will pretty much all overclock to 4Ghz. 4ghz isn't that much of an overclock since the stock turbo speed is 3.9Ghz.
Pro and cons is basically, the different bios layout, some gimmicky features and slightly I/O ports
