TL;DR: I need a guide on how to install Windows 10 Mobile from an entirely clean (not even set up!) installation of Windows 8.1 on a Lumia 530 in New Zealand.
My Lumia 530 phone refuses to have Windows 10 Mobile installed. The list of things that I have done to try and fix it have involved about 6 hard resets, a full operating reinstall, changing region settings, reinstalling the Windows Insider app about three times, among other things. So that's it. I'm picking up Windows Device Recovery, clearing my phone, and following an exact guide on how to install Windows 10 Mobile in New Zealand. A guide which I don't have. A guide which I'm asking you for.
