I'm having a huge problem with my keyboard i'm hoping you guys can help me maybe , i bought a new keyboard from the brand Noganet , exactly the keyboard NKB-800 , and since then it happens that every now and then , for example im typing something and in the middle of that typing it goes like ttttttttttttttttttttthis , a key gets stuck for one second ( but not Physically , digitally or 'Logically' , they key does not stay pressed on the touchable keyboard ). it happened with letter t, p, b, w, spacebar, for example i was typing something with p and it also went "rappppppppppptors" . However when i'm Not typing , i tried leaving it the whole night with a keyboard tester app to see if any ghost buttons showed up and nothing , so it looks like it happens while typing

If you're wondering if it's a faulty keyboard unfortunately it may not be , because i just did yesterday go to the store to get a brand New one replacement , totally new i thought the problem would be fixed and still this thing came back and is still happening. So it looks rather like a digital problem.

Also i asked two other users on the internet , same keyboard , but no problems at all they had , suspicious right?

I tried switching from usb mobo 2.0 ports , from one to another but still the issue persists. right now im trying the 3.0 usb port for any change ...

Also i had to mention that this keyboard comes with no drivers at all , it's like a regular non driver keyboard only that it presents this problems . Another thing i can say is that my pc is currently with plenty of malware, i mean i have ads pop ups on the pc i couldn't take out with an anti malware or sort of thing . But that shouldn't make this problem if i'm correct.

Solution
May want to reinstall USB drivers. You can try removing from device manager and rebooting which will reinstall. For USB 3.0 controller, you may need to download drivers from motherboard website.

USB drivers ? are there specific drivers for usb ports be it 2.0 or 3.0 ? didnt know about that, or did you mean reainstall the Keyboard windows drivers? , i did try uninstalling from device manager and letting it reinstall when in usb 2.0 , but i do have a mouse connected in a usb port , a geniius deathtaker and it hasn't brought any kind of problems so i doubt the usb ports are the problem

btw is there an option in the bios making interference perhaps?

There are specific drivers for USB 2.0 and 3.0 controllers. There isn't a setting in BIOS that I'm aware of that could cause this. USB can be "strange" though with certain devices. Some peripherals may be a bit out of spec in manufacturing, and only work on certain ports/computers. Voltage fluctuation can cause odd problems. USB 3.0 ports provide more power than 2.0

Hey mmm i checked for any usb drivers in the website , all i could find was a USB 3.0 BOOSTER which is supposed to boost the speed of the 3.0 but that's all , right now i switched to the usb 3.0 port , but it's not gonna stay there forever cus gotta use the only two 3.0 ports i have for a future VR headset. So anyways what would have more chances , a voltage fluctuation or usb being strange? Now that you are saying i checked the bios usb options , and in a place on the screen it says exactly this :

USB Devices : 3 Keyboards , 1 Mouse , 2 Hubs

And it doesn't talk for sure about the connected devices cus i dont have 3 keyboards , but i do have 6 USB Ports on the motherboard and 2 from the case that are aswell connected to the mobo , but only 6 are native from the motherboard , 2 of the 6 are USB 3.0 ports , so could this mean i need to plug the keyboard in one of 3 ports only?

Hey liquid i'm trying the usb 3.0 port right now , until now no problems but i'll update if i get problems again on that port , but hope i dont need another usb 3.0 port cus a 3.0 hub here costs 30 bucks , with that money i could get a better keyboard ! hah , hey HH actually i'm a bit munchy sometimes xD but no , im extremely carefull with food and drinks and this keyboard has a life of 3 days so i couldn't even have had time to spill much

Hey guys , wanna see what you think about this , since i've changed the port to the usb 3.0 port , and right now when i changed to another usb 2.0 port i didnt use before , since then the problem has changed and right now im having these two problems , when i type sometimes it happens this " the other day i was doing T HIS thing" as you can see in the middle of the type the key space bar shows up , it doesn't physically press itself but a " " ( a space ) shows up between letters , and it happening a lot ! and while gaming for example i was holding the key W to go forward and at times the character stops for a second like something was interfiring with the key W .

I'm all confused and don't know what to do , any opinions are welcome

Update : i got Driver downloader to see if it was an issue of USB drivers like liquid proposed but , it didnt fix anything the problem persists

Here's another idea to try, at least to see if it's an OS problem/conflict with your specific keyboard model. You could download a bootable version of Ubuntu linux. It would run the OS from a disk/USB. You could type up some stuff inside this environment to see if the problem persists. If it doesn't, it's a Window problem that may require a format. If it does the same thing, it's likely a hardware conflict w/ your new keyboard.

Hey Liquid here's my update , i tried like you said the keyboard on a linux platform , i used my "hiren's boot cd" CD and used the "linux rescue environment" , so i tried it on linux 11 minutes straight and typed a word repeated times for 11 minutes , and no issues but then i use the same cd to launch "Mini windows xp" so i open explorer and use the address bar to type so i start typing and at least i find two times the error i was typing "bottle bottle b ottle" and that happened , a space between the b and o again (b ottle)

So what could this mean ? is there a way to do anything about linux drivers on windows to try if the keyboard works flawlessly?

So another thing i wanna say , i'm 0% sure about this but i'm trying to see if the "numlock" key is interfiring , i had the feeling that when numlock was activated the problem was persisting on windows and when it was off like (right now that im having no problems for the moment) , no digital error showed up so , there s a really good chance that this has nothing to do with anything but still trying. Also in the linux environment of hiren's boot cd , trying it with numlock or without numlock it didnt make any difference it worked

Odd behavior still. I couldn't say whether numlock has anything to do w/ the problem or not. However, regarding the boot cd, the Mini windows xp would still need to load some kind of basic USB drivers. I'm not sure what drivers that linux would be using for USB supports vs. native Windows drivers. If it does work fine in Linux environment though, it does seem like a windows problem.

yeah about the numlock it's discarded still happening on windows... and it looks like a windows problem but i can't confirm if the problem was delayed on linux and maybe it would happen on the 15th minute or later ... yeah dunno what to do i do really like this keyboard but im out of ideas :/

I remember again about the two people i asked that has this keyboard, and they say they dont have t his problem , its odd

update : now i can say what is more odd ... when i switch from a usb port from another it does the repeat same letter problem like tttttttttttthis , but in the current usb port it just does t his .... that's strange

It could also be some sort of compatibilty problem with your keyboard and your specific motherboard. I have seen this w/ flash drives myself. Even though they should all work because of USB spec, it doesnt always happen this way. If I plug in a certain usb drive, it can freeze sytem, but all returns to normal when unplugged. Happens with different ports/USB controllers. Flash drive works fine in other PCs.
