HELP : set a home wireless network without internet !

Hey guys

I need your help about setting up a simple wireless home network (without having internet) for my office using a wireless router, a wireless printer and two computers (one with windows server 2012) joined in a domain.
Is that possible ?

Yes it possible and its exactly same setup as with internet. Only difference is that you won't plug in cable into WAN port on router. Internet and local network are two separate things.

In short all you need is to turn on DHCP on your router, setup wireless network (most routers UI got simple wizard to help with it) and everything will work exactly same as if you would have internet. For your printer, hopefully there is some installer or setup guide provided by manufacturer of that printer.
If by chance you already got your network with internet setup just unplug WAN cable.
