Okay, so I'm planning to use the AMD Athlon X4 860K in my build early next year, and I want to use the Bitfenix Prodigy case, so the motherboard I've found is the MSI A88XI AC V2 Mini ITX FM2+ Motherboard, I've heard this being called an AMD APU Motherboard, but the Athlon X4 860K is a CPU with no graphics, will this motherboard work with this CPU or not. Please help! Thanks in advance.

How would I be able to tell when the board was manufactured, is this the chipset? Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, I've never built a PC before.

Also, as you seem to know what you're talking about when it comes to PC's can you check my parts list?
I intend to use it for light music production, with free software that comes with the scarlet solo, and for gaming such as GTA V, and similar games. The SSD I want for the speed of boot, I don't require much storage to begin with, so I will add a HDD later on after the build. Ideally I'd like 16GB of RAM but for price I would like to stay around the £500 mark. Oh and I want a ODD for my CD's as I still have a lot to listen to.

You'd have to know the board's serial, before buying it.
As for the parts, I'm not an AMD fan.
I'd consider also this option: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Freshtech-Motherboard-Performance-Certified-Barracuda-x/dp/B00J4KNODC/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1447277367&sr=8-11&keywords=i5+4690

or

It's a good configuration for the money. I don't like the power supply (CX 600), there's no SSD, but the 4690k or the 4790 are a better choice than the 860k.
