So i recently bought a laptop(dell latitude e6410),but there are some replaced hardware parts. Here are some screenshots of my specs: http://prntscr.com/91lagu http://prntscr.com/91lc10 http://prntscr.com/91lda1 http://prntscr.com/91ldzc http://prntscr.com/91let4
Now i have several questions:
1.How can i change how much RAM my pc gives to my gpu and what would be the best setup for gaming with these specs?
2.How can i close background system apps that i dont use?
3.Can i modify some settings in Windows 8.1 to increase gaming performance?(my power settings are set for best performance so its not on balanced/power saving mode)
4.And finally,i can't seem to find drivers for my gpu and other stuff.
Sorry for the long post and sorry if i have some grammar mistakes English is my not native language

Hi

1-In the bios there's a setting to change the ram that igpu uses. Not sure about your laptop, laptops tend to have locked bios with only a few settings.
2-You can close background apps using task manager (ctrl-alt-delete)
3-There are not many settings in windows to increase gaming perfomance except power settings.Choosing high perfomance will give the maximum of the power that you system is capable(most of the times power management has to do with screen brightness and cpu clock)
4-It seems that intel has stop supporting first gen core i cpus and so drivers are not available, but i think that windows will find a compatible driver.

Feel free to ask anything.

1.What would be the optimal setup for gaming in terms of ram consuming(how much for gpu and how much for OS)
2.To be specific, there are A TON of system background apps that i dont need running,is there any faster way for closing all of them and if i can prevent them from working in background, here is one for example http://prntscr.com/91mjkf , can i prevent windows from even running them in background before i run them by myself, and is there a way to make all the apps that i close stop running in the background too?
3.Again,to be specific i meant like these that u have in windows 7,like turning off animations when doing some tasks and stuff like that,do they change the performance or can my pc run them fine.
4.I installed the intel scanner and it only found 2 drivers and it said that both installs failed, how can i get latest drivers for win 8.1 so that i can get the most out of my cpu,gpu...

Changing ram used by igpu wont change perfomance or at least wont change it that much, the difference you will notice by high video ram is minimal maybe 1fps.Closing background apps is not wise choice,it could crash your system and you will not have any benefits in gaming by doing it.
I used iobit which is free and found all of my drivers maybe you can try it.
I dont want to dissapoint you,but your laptop is old and even for its time wasnt build for gaming.

But you can try older games(before 2010)you can achive good fps with good visuals.
