Hi. I have problem with my mouse and keyboard, they are unplugging. I read many tutorials here, but nothing helped me. Mouse and keyboard are randomly unplugging and plugging, but after this they are unplugging and I must restart computer. Its ridiculous because usb headphones are working. Problem started when I had Windows 8.1, after I formated to 7, now I have 10, and problem is still. I tried some other mouses and keyboards, but didn't helped. I changed some hardware, but didnt helped too. I found something strange. My standard mouse and keyboard are turning off and I must restart computer, but new set is unplugging and plugging sometimes before turn off. Help me please :( (sorry for my english)

My pc:
cpu: i7 2600k with box cooler
mobo: Asus Maximus IV Extreme-z (before I had ASRock p67 pro3 b3)
gpu: Gtx 660 Msi (before Radeon R7 260x oc)
hdd: Seagate ST1000DM003 and Seagate ST500DM002
psu: Thermaltake smart se 530w (before chieftec gpa-500s8)
case: SilentiumPc gladius 800
ram: 6gb - 2x2gb samsung 1x2gb kingston

Solution
go into the bios pushing "DELETE" at start then there is an option to enable USB legacy in there somewhere that might fix the problem only a thought.

Thank you! It worked :D I thought about this for 3-4 months. USB legacy was enabled, so I changed it to disabled :)
