pc may have reverted to default manufacturer's password which I do not know. I've removed battery and restarted pc but it still asks for password. Also the clock is not showing correct time. I'm unable to reset it. Pc does not recognise admin password so I'm presuming it has reverted to factory setting. It's a Dell and I hope someone can help?
