Can I run crossfire 16x, a sound card 4x, and a wifi card 4x on a 990fx chipset?

Chipset can but it's up to MB make and model how the PCIe bus is divided between PCIe lots. For some Gigabyte MBs for instance difference between UD5 and UD7 is that UD7 MBs can run all PCIe slots ate X16 while on UD5 only first slot and others are sharing bandwidth so second slot would run at x8 or x4 if another slot is used by anything. The difference is even greater with UD3 MBs.
