Yes, all is good. But that board only supports up to 1600 MHz memory. So you may want to buy 1600 MHz if you find it cheaper. The RAM you selected will work, but probably only at the reduced speed.
The HD 6670 is a pretty weak card for gaming. If that's all your budget allows, fine. But if you game at 1080p you will be disappointed. You will have to drop back to something less stressful. Maybe one of the 720P resolutions.

First off. Thanks alot for the advice. I am on a strict budget so I would upgrade the graphics card but as I said and I only want to play less demanding games.

Could you recommend a motherboard with a higher power that is good enough to be able to use all of the ram at roughly similar price? Thanks

Unfortunately, moving to aboard like that usually means a more expensive board designed for over clocking. If OC'ing is not in your future, then soend the extra money on a gfx card. RAM speed is one item that makes the least performance impact in gaming. I doubt you'd be able to tell the difference between 1600 and 1866 w/o test equipment.
