Hello!

First time builder here! I was hoping I could get your opinions on a gaming build.
Hope I'm doing this right:

Approximate Purchase Date: This week (today or tomorrow)
Budget Range: 2000$ CAD (not including monitor), somewhat flexible
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming and streaming
Are you buying a monitor: Yes
Parts to Upgrade: Here's the list of parts.

Do you need to buy OS: No
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Probably NCIX
Location: Canada, Quebec, Montreal
Parts Preferences: Intel
Overclocking: Yes, light overclock for CPU
SLI or Crossfire: Not right now
Your Monitor Resolution: Probably going to go for 1440p or 4k gaming, depending on monitors I find.
Additional Comments: Mostly looking for the best price vs performance kind of PC. Any chance of there being a bottleneck with this type of build?

Why Are You Upgrading: My current PC is pretty much past its prime, bought the PC back in 2006, changed the video card in 2010, etc.

Thank you!
