I am saving up 700 to 800 pounds to buy a gaming pc

Solution
First off get 2x4 dual channel ram over 1x8. It will be more effective for probably five dollars more. Something that is preference, I would get a after market cooler for your cpu. Intel stocks are usually loud and ineffective. Your case should work with a CM Hyper 212 evo(25$ on Amazon UK) 212 EVO Height is 159mm your case supports up to 162mm. I will look more into if it will work with your board/case/gpu. I'll let you know.

EDIT: Also Samsung 850 EVO 250GB Here for 58$ UK http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-2-5-Inch-Solid-State-Drive/dp/B00P736UEU

The stock cooler maybe insufficient for an i7 or high clock i5 but for the 4450 is more than enough.

It's works but is loud. The EVO or a smaller after market would run quieter with the same cooling, and they don't cost much. He won't need one, but I myself would get one for a 700$ build.

Yea I always just throw the evo 212 out there. But something smaller would be more fitting and better for space.
